In the primary crushing stage the product finished rate for the TCC sizer crusher is 66.61%-69%-71.5%.

The jaw crusher achieved 32.99%.

A jaw crusher needs to be in a closed circuit to achieve about 50% of the finished product rate. The TCC sizer can achieve up to 66.1% of the finished product rate in an open crushing circuit which is 16.61% higher than that of the jaw crusher.

The particle size of the products crushed by the jaw crusher are mostly in the form of flakes. The product produced in the sizing crusher is nearly square, showing a good product shape.

The TCC sizer enables users to swiftly and effortlessly change over worn teeth. The TCC sizer comprises mainly of an electric motor, gearbox, transition components, and a sizing mechanism.

Should any issues arise with the sizing system, they can be efficiently managed by swapping out the roller complex. Routine maintenance of other components can generally be performed by the user’s in-house technicians.
